Variant suffix

The “-1” after a set number. It tells apart different products that share one printed number.

Also: -1, Set variant, Version suffix

Where this comes up

Catalogues write a set number with a suffix, as in 75192-1, because the printed number alone is not always unique: a number can be reused years later, or a product can exist in versions. Most sets have only a -1. A set number without its suffix is not an exact reference, so BrickDb stores and shows the full form.
