A person answers, and you can help BrickDb grow
Ask for help without an account, report what is not right, suggest events and stores, and help test BrickDb.
Support is in the About menu, in the Community column. The form needs no account: your e-mail address, what it is about and what happened. You get a ticket number straight away and the answer by e-mail, from a person. If something on BrickDb is not right – a public MOC, a store photo, a shared collection – press Report and choose the reason; a person reads every report. You can join in too: suggest an event or a store that is missing, ask on your account page to help test BrickDb, see on the roadmap what comes next and read in the release notes what changed. Nobody at BrickDb will ever ask for your password.
How do I get help from BrickDb?
Open Support in the About menu. The form asks for your e-mail address, what it is about and what happened, and needs no account. Once you send it you get a ticket number straight away, and the answer comes by e-mail. The page lists what a problem report needs – what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, when, and what you were using. Never send a password: nobody at BrickDb will ask for one. Signed in, you can also be told by push when we have answered.
How can I report something or join in?
Press Report beside a public MOC, a store photo or anything else others have shared, and choose the reason: you get a reference straight away, a person reads every report, and action is taken on the content, not on the person. Signed in, you can suggest an event on the events page or a store for the store finder, and a moderator checks it before it appears. On your account page, Help test BrickDb lets you ask to join the testers, who try BrickDb on their own devices with a checklist; an administrator decides.
